Appointments Booking Appointments are encouraged to ensure timely service but walk-ins are always welcome based on availability. We recommend arriving few minutes before your appointment to allow time for check-in service preparation.
Cancellation Late Policy If you arrive more than 10 minutes late we may need to adjust your service to fit the remaining time or reschedule based on availability. Repeated late arrivals may result in cancellation of future appointments. Please call to cancel or reschedule appointments. Advance notice is much appreciated.
Service Satisfaction Refunds Your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not happy with your service please notify us before leaving the salon so we will make any necessary adjustments. Refunds are not available for completed services however we offer complimentary fixes within 2 days of the original service.
Health Safety Requirements For the safety well-being of our clients staff we maintain high standards of sanitation hygiene. If you have any medical conditions skin sensitivities or allergies please inform your technician prior to your service.
Right to Refuse Service We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. This includes anyone with a nail condition we suspect may be contagious anyone with open infected wounds on the treatment area anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to our nail technicians other customers.
Child Safety To ensure a calm safe environment we ask that children be supervised at all times.
Personal Property Natural nails is not responsible for lost stolen personal belongings. Please keep your valuables with you at all times.
