Health Safety For the safety well-being of our clients staff we maintain high standards of sanitation hygiene. Please inform your technician prior to your service if you have any medical conditions skin sensitivities or allergies.
Personal Belongings Natural nails is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings. Please keep your valuables with you at all times.
Service Refusals We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone with a nail condition we suspect may be contagious. This includes anyone with open or infected wounds on the treatment area. We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to our nail technicians other customers.
Service Adjustments Your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not happy with your service please notify us before leaving the salon we will make any necessary adjustments. Refunds are not available for completed services however we offer complimentary fixes within 2 days of the original service.
